What data we process
- Email address and subscription status (confirmed / unsubscribed / suppressed)
- Message metadata needed for delivery (timestamps, bounce/complaint codes)
- Optional engagement signals (opens/clicks) when enabled for a campaign
Why we process it
- To send transactional mail you request by using NudeTool
- To send marketing mail only after double opt-in
- To honor unsubscribe and complaint feedback loops
- To protect deliverability (suppression of hard bounces and abuse reports)
Sharing
We do not sell email lists. Infrastructure providers (hosting, DNS) may process technical logs. Complaint feedback is shared with mailbox providers as required by their programs (e.g. JMRP, CFL).
Retention
Hard bounces and complaints are retained indefinitely on a suppression list so we never email those addresses again. Marketing engagement logs are kept only as long as needed for operations and abuse prevention.
